Returns & Exchanges

At Thermomix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your culinary investment. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initialize Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the Thermomix unit and all original accessories into the original protective packaging to ensure the product remains undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand over the package to our designated courier service; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
